When you sign up for early access, contact our support team, or submit feedback, we collect:

- Support ticket content and attachments you submit
- Feature requests and feedback messages
Information collected automatically
When you visit bruhi.in, we may collect basic analytics data including:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring page and pages visited
- Approximate geographic location (country/region level only)
Information from brūhi Studio (the desktop app)
brūhi Studio is a local-first application. Your audio files, playlists, scripts, and configurations are stored only on your device. We do not have access to your media library or broadcast content. The app may send anonymous crash reports if you opt in during setup.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To deliver early access invitations and beta program communications
- To respond to support tickets and user feedback
- To improve the stability and features of brūhi Studio
- To send product update notifications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand how the website is used at an aggregate level
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured infrastructure. We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised brūhi team members only.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any accounts and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a minimal set of third-party services to operate the platform:
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and edge security. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — Typeface delivery. Font requests may be logged by Google per their privacy policy.
We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or behavioural analytics platforms.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of data we hold about you.
- Rectification — Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — Request deletion of your data from our systems.
- Objection — Object to certain types of processing.
- Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy
brūhi Studio and bruhi.in are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
