1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using brūhi Studio, accessing bruhi.in, or participating in our beta program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using brūhi on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our products or services.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, brūhi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use brūhi Studio on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal professional broadcast use.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell brūhi Studio or any component thereof
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Use brūhi Studio to provide software-as-a-service, managed service, or bureau service to third parties without written permission

3. Beta Program

brūhi Studio is currently available as a pre-release beta. By participating in the beta program you acknowledge that:

• The software is provided for testing and evaluation purposes and is not production-ready
• Features, interfaces, and APIs may change without notice between beta releases
• You may encounter bugs, instability, or data loss — we recommend not relying on beta software for critical live broadcasts without a backup plan
• Your feedback and bug reports help us improve the product and we may use them without compensation or attribution

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use brūhi Studio and our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our products to:

• Broadcast content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including music, recordings, or spoken word without appropriate licences
• Stream illegal, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to brūhi's infrastructure, other users' data, or any connected systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse bruhi.in in a manner that places unreasonable load on our servers
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

brūhi reserves the right to terminate access for users found to be in violation of these conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

brūhi Studio, its source code, design, user interface, branding, and all associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of brūhi. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The brūhi name, logo, and "brūhi Studio" product name are trademarks of brūhi. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

6. Your Content

brūhi Studio is a local-first application. Audio files, playlists, broadcast scripts, and configurations remain on your device and are owned entirely by you. brūhi makes no claim to your content and does not access it.

When you submit content to bruhi.in (such as support tickets, feedback forms, or feature requests), you grant brūhi a limited licence to use that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and improving the product.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the appropriate licences for any music or content you broadcast using brūhi Studio.

7. Disclaimers

brūhi Studio and all associated services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Any defects will be corrected
• The software will meet your specific requirements

This is especially applicable during the beta phase, where instability is expected and disclosed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brūhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use brūhi Studio or our services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or £50 GBP if you have made no payments).

9. Termination

brūhi may suspend or terminate your access to beta services or bruhi.in at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may discontinue use of brūhi Studio at any time by uninstalling the application.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify registered beta users via email with at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Your continued use of brūhi products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
